A composite-veneered clasp is a metal clasp of a removable denture covered with a layer of tooth- or gum-coloured composite. This clasp retains the strength of metal while becoming virtually invisible in the smile zone.
The veneer is applied directly in the mouth or in the laboratory. It is an affordable alternative to acetal clasps when the metal framework must be retained. At iDenta the veneer is applied with precise colour matching to the patient's teeth.
