Devitalisation is a procedure involving temporary sealing of a tooth with devitalising paste that stops pulp vitality before further endodontic treatment. Used when complete pulp removal in a single visit is not possible.
Anaesthesia is included in the price. The devitalising agent stays in the tooth for 7–14 days, after which the patient returns to complete root canal treatment.
